Ongoing Changes to Cisco TAC Web Site Services

As announced in the last two issues of the Cisco TAC Newsletter, a number of significant changes are being implemented by the Cisco TAC:

  • A customized, technical support-focused search application, "Guided TAC Search", has been deployed on the site to help you locate technical documents pertinent to your network issues. This application is located at the top of the Cisco TAC Web Site.
  • A newly rearchitectured, user-friendly Cisco TAC Home Page, to help facilitate content navigation is now available. (Please see "What's Hot" section below.)
  • An enhanced TAC Web page offering personalization features is currently in development and expected to be launched within the next few months.

The Cisco TAC Newsletter provides you with breaking information about the latest online technical support resources developed by Cisco engineers. As always, our goal is to help you quickly and easily find answers to your technical questions.
