My Cisco Collaboration Spaces and Desktop Share Retirement

On July 12, Cisco will retire Collaboration Spaces and Desktop Share from My Cisco. These modules will be removed from My Cisco Menu, Workspace, and Catalog. The Collaboration Spaces standalone application on My Cisco will also be removed.

What do I Need to do?

We recommend you switch to WebEx Meetings or an alternate solution as soon as possible.

On April 6, Collaboration Spaces and Desktop Share will be removed from My Cisco Catalog. This means that new and existing My Cisco users will not be able to add these modules to their My Cisco Menu and Workspace. Users that have these modules in their Menu and Workspace will be unaffected.

Collaboration Spaces users that want a copy of your files will need to access Collaboration Spaces and download those files manually. Please see the FAQ section for more information.

Yes, you still need to register and create a WebEx Meetings account.

How do I download files from Collaboration Spaces?

Log in to Collaboration Spaces, mouse over the file you want to download, and then click on the download link.

Who does this affect?

This affects users of My Cisco Collaboration Spaces and Desktop Share. Other My Cisco modules will not be affected. On April 6, Collaboration Spaces and Desktop will be removed from My Cisco Catalog.
