Announcing eDelivery Enhancements

Electronic delivery of: Software, Licenses, and Documentation

Cisco Customer Value Chain Management (CVCM) Manufacturing Operations is proud to introduce the enhanced eDelivery application. Now Cisco partners and distributors can choose their preferred method of software license document delivery (physical or electronic).

Deploy Fast and Easy Software Fulfillment

eDelivery also helps enable electronic fulfillment of software along with the currently available license entitlement documentation, such as Right To Use (RTU), End-user license agreement (EULA), Supplemental End-User License Agreement (SEULA), and claim certificate associated with product authorization keys (PAKs).

Cisco continues to strive to:

  • Build an integrated electronic delivery infrastructure for software products and licenses
  • Meet market demand for automated software product delivery and asset management
  • Employ services-based architectures to improve integration capabilities
  • Reduce software order lead times from weeks to less than 6 hours
  • Provide environmentally responsible solutions

The eDelivery offering includes:

  • Software, document, and license download capabilities
  • Exceptional user experience portal
  • Order management processing through Cisco Commerce Workspace, Cisco Ordering Tool, and business to business
  • Electronic PIDS (Product Identifiers) and a single SKU within Cisco Commerce Workspace orders

For your convenience, L- (License) SKUs and R- (Software) SKUs are available within separate spreadsheets.

Only SKUs posted on the VIP website are eligible for VIP. Please go to the Eligible SKUs site to review the official eligible VIP SKU list.

Thank you for your participation in the eDelivery program. Your comments and feedback are important to us as we design a world wide electronic software license delivery system. To provide feedback please access the feedback form located within the eDelivery application under the Related Tools section. For general inquiries, contact edelivery-customer-support@cisco.com. For questions, please refer to the FAQ.

Using the eDelivery (ELD) application, partners with a direct financial relationship to Cisco, for example Distributors and Direct Partners (DVARs), can manage users, orders, transaction details and settings. For the purpose of this program, partners with a direct relationship to Cisco are referred to as Distributors.
