The Cisco Sales Essentials course and Networking 101 course are recommended learning for account managers and sales professionals who would like to achieve the Cisco Sales Expert designation. A Cisco Sales Expert designation is valid for 2 years.
The Cisco Channel Partner program requires partners to maintain a designated number of Cisco Sales Experts within their organizations as part of the base requirements for each certification level.
