Lab equipment is recommended, however, not required for the Cisco VPN/Security Specialization. Cisco recommends the purchase of these lab configurations for customer fault replication, internal training and proof-of-concept demonstrations. All recommendations are for the minimum expected product version; more recent versions or more powerful models of the respective product line may be substituted for the specific model numbers listed below.
