Cisco TelePresence Video Master Global Authorized Technology Provider Requirements

For Cisco TelePresence Video Master Global Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) certification, partners must fulfill the following defined job role with a minimum of two individuals:

Global TelePresence Deals Expert

Note: Role-sharing guidelines for ATPs are unique and specific for each ATP program. These guidelines are outside the role-sharing guidelines for specializations and certifications. Therefore, a partner can use roles that have already been assigned in one or more specialization or certification program. One individual may not fulfill more than one job role within the TelePresence Video Master Global ATP Program.

Persons fulfilling roles must be employees and reside in the same Cisco theater where the ATP partner is fulfilling the program requirements. Because technology continues to evolve, Cisco ATP requirements are subject to change. Refer to this site often to help ensure that you meet all current program requirements.

Following are the Cisco TelePresence Video Master Global ATP Program requirements:

Global TelePresence Deals Expert (GTDE)¹

A minimum of two Global TelePresence Deals Experts are required. Each expert is required to function as a multinational project manager with extensive Cisco TelePresence Video sales expertise.

The Global TelePresence Deals Expert coordinates the logistics and legalities of all Cisco TelePresence Video transactions and deployments in originating and landing countries. This responsibility includes:

International commerce (for example, customs, taxes, and duties)
Alignment of sales and deployment timelines and processes, including Cisco TelePresence Video Experience and Order Assurance
Coordination of pricing and program rewards within each country
Synchronization of sales and field teams

Prerequisite:

Cisco Global Certification
PMI, PMP, Prince 2 Certifications²

¹ The requirement for the Global Deals Desk is two Global TelePresence Deals Experts who each meet the exam requirements.
² One contact person within the partner company needs to meet the PMI, PMP, or Prince 2 requirement. Role sharing is allowed for any role within the host locations.
