TelePresence Video Master Global ATP Demonstration Equipment

Demonstration Requirement

The Cisco TelePresence Video Master Multinational Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) Program requires that demonstration equipment be used solely by authorized partners for TelePresence video products and solutions for:

• Support
• User training
• Customer proof of concept
• Demonstration purposes
• Support of customer engagements

ATP partners must also be familiar with their local or remote Cisco TelePresence Video facilities and be able to demonstrate the ability to support a customer engagement when deploying Cisco TelePresence Video products and services.

ATP partners may purchase or lease this equipment direct from Cisco at the partner's discount set forth in the partner's direct or indirect Reseller Agreement with Cisco or at other pricing as may be offered by Cisco.

ATP partners may apply any equipment leased or purchased from TANDBERG as part of the enVision Partner Program agreement toward meeting the demonstration equipment requirements set forth in the Cisco TelePresence Video Master ATP Program Requirements document.

Cisco highly recommends a support contract to be maintained for all lab equipment providing partner level access (level 3) to Cisco.com, Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC), and other Cisco support resources. Cisco also highly recommends that partners consistently upgrade software to ensure that they can demonstrate the latest capabilities of the products and solutions.

TelePresence Video Master Multinational ATP demonstration equipment should not be used for resale or in customer production deployments.

ATP partners must be able to demonstrate endpoint and AV integration TelePresence Video solutions. After building out infrastructure capabilities in two Host ATP locations, additional ATP Host locations for the same partner may use the central infrastructure at the other two locations as long as they can demonstrate the features and functionalities of the products below. Cisco TelePresence Video Master Multinational Partners must have all local endpoint requirements for demonstration purposes.

Option 1: Standalone Master demonstration requirements in all locations as defined in associated TelePresence Video Master ATP Host and Satellite authorized locations.

Create a demonstration model including Eight (8) TelePresence Video Master Host infrastructure locations and Six (6) TelePresence Video Master Satellite infrastructure locations to showcase the Cisco TelePresence Video portfolio within the demonstration requirement.

Demonstration Equipment - TelePresence Video Master Host - 8 locations

Partner must acquire the following demonstration equipment as part of the TelePresence Video Master Host requirement in Eight (8) locations as indicated in the TelePresence Video Master Global Program Requirements Document. Reference Table 1 below.

*The CTS 1300 is for partners that have no current demonstration equipment in the CTS 1xxx series product line. If partners have already invested in a CTS 1xxx series product, the existing investment will be acknowledged for this requirement.

*For partners that have already invested in the legacy TANDBERG T1 that investment will be acknowledged as an equivalent to the Codec C90. In addition, the CTS 3000 / CTS T3 will be acknowledged as an equivalent to the Profile C-Series or CTS 1xxx Series solution.

Cisco highly recommends that partners include Essential Operate for TelePresence to ensure support of their demonstration equipment, and as well are consistently upgrading software to ensure they are able to demonstration the latest capabilities the products and solutions are able to offer.

Demonstration Equipment- TelePresence Video Master Satellite - 6 locations

Partner must acquired the following demonstration equipment as part of the TelePresence Video Master Satellite requirement in six (6) locations as indicated in the TelePresence Video Master Global Program Requirements Document.

Option 2: Center of Excellence (CoE) model demonstration requirements in all locations as defined in TelePresence Video Master ATP Host and Satellite authorized locations defined below.

Partner is to create a central demonstration model, including a Master Host with a Center of Excellence (CoE) to showcase the Cisco TelePresence Video portfolio as outlined in the demonstration requirements. The CoE includes global infrastructure that enables the CoE to simultaneously support demonstrations around the globe. A partner needs to establish the network infrastructure to enable quality CoE-based demonstrations to the entire partner's other invested locations.

• One (1) Master Host with CoE infrastructure location as shown in Table 3
• One (1) Master Host infrastructure location as defined in associated TelePresence Video Master ATP Host program as shown in Table 4
• All other Host and Satellite locations need to meet the demonstration requirement with the reduced investment, defined as six (6) Host demonstration and six (6) Satellite demonstration infrastructure locations, as shown in Tables 5 and 6

Cisco requires a valid support contract must be maintained for all demonstration equipment providing partner-level access (level 3) to Cisco.com, Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC), and other Cisco support resources. Cisco highly recommends that partners consistently upgrade software to ensure that they are able to demonstrate the latest capabilities the products and solutions.

As the natural product life cycle, market consolidation, and emerging technologies result in products reaching the end of their life, Cisco reserves the right to announce products designated as reaching "end-of-life status". Demo products once they are at the end of sale order date of the "end-of-life" product milestone, are no longer eligible to count towards program requirements of newly submitted TelePresence Video ATP partner applications.

Global Deals Desk

Each TelePresence Video Master Global ATP partner is responsible for creating a Cisco TelePresence Video Global Deals Desk designed to:

• Create a global deals playbook to help partner account teams and others navigate through complex TelePresence Video deals
• Work with the Cisco Global Deals Desk on coordinating Cisco TelePresence Video opportunities;
• To approve and secure all customer pricing and discounts globally for bid preparations;
• Manage individual country logistics, duties and taxes where applicable;
• Work with individuals in country account teams on deal specifics;
• Stay actively engaged with the order process to make sure order assurance documentation is properly prepared;
• Train and maintain Global TelePresence Deal Experts to be more consultative in helping partner and Cisco account teams manage customer expectations, prepare bids proposals and book complex deals

The Global deals desk needs to have a minimum of two (2) dedicated Global TelePresence Video Deal Experts.
