The Cisco TelePresence Video Master Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) Program focuses on providing a new way of working. With this program, everyone everywhere can be more productive through face-to-face collaboration with Cisco TelePresence Video solutions. The Cisco TelePresence Video Master Multinational Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) Program helps Cisco TelePresence Video Master Partners with a regional presence in a specific theater. These partners can use their investment to more easily and more cost-effectively do business in a certain geography.
The Master-level program goal is to help partners offer the entire Cisco TelePresence experience through:
- Infrastructure solutions
- Architecture capabilities
- Cloud and managed services
- Intercompany integrations
Program Participation
Participation in the Cisco TelePresence Video Master Multinational ATP Program is by invitation only. To participate, you must already possess relevant job, industry, and market credentials in the specific ATP technology.
Before engaging with potential ATP partners, a Cisco sponsor or partner account manager (PAM) must read the ATP instruction page.
As a potential participant, you should take the following steps:
- Read the requirements and the TelePresence Video ATP Program discount eligibility information.
- If you are identified as a participating partner or provider, complete the Cisco TelePresence Video ATP application and review it with your PAM.
- Make sure that you meet all the criteria. Your PAM, working with the ATP theater program lead, will submit a request for invitation to the worldwide ATP team program contact for approval. Note: Filling out an application does not guarantee an invitation.
- If you are invited, use the Certification and Specialization Application (CSApp) / Invitation tool to complete the Program Requirements Checklist (PRC) online.
- Download the Word version of Program Requirements Checklist file to track completion of program requirements. Upload the completed Program Requirements Checklist word file into the CSApp tool:
- Click the Administrative Tasks tab.
- Click Upload Documents.
- Upload your Program Requirements Document verification file.

A Cisco TelePresence Video Master Multinational ATP partner has great depth of knowledge and skill in deploying the entire video endpoint portfolio. This expertise includes the immersive solutions, single and triple screen, through the Cisco TelePresence experience as a result of:
- Infrastructure solutions
- Architecture capabilities
- Custom Cisco TelePresence solutions
Cisco TelePresence Video Master Multinational ATP partners will have:
- Deep networking and advanced unified communications capabilities
- Regional coverage
- Strong and mature services practice within a specific geography
Potential Cisco TelePresence Video Master Multinational ATP partners must also have obtained Cisco Global Certification as a prerequisite.
Restricted Products
New partners may uncover leads and develop quotes for Cisco TelePresence Video Master Multinational ATP products and solutions during the qualification period. However, partners cannot purchase Cisco TelePresence Video Master Multinational ATP products and begin deployments until they have successfully met the defined requirements for this ATP.
