ATP Requirements:

The ATP-ISE Program has established three roles. Role sharing is allowed. The individuals who fill the roles may be existing employees of the ATP Partner. Cisco does not require that the ATP Partner hire additional employees to fill these roles:

• Account Manager (AM)
• Systems Engineer (SE)
• Field Engineer (FE)

The personnel requirements identified in the following sections are minimum requirements to qualify for the ATP-ISE program. ATP Partners should ensure that they have additional trained personnel as needed to support all customer engagements and their overall market opportunity. In addition to performing the indicated roles, these individuals are the first line of internal support. Following is a summary of training format, cost, and duration specifically for each role, as well as additional general training requirements. All costs and duration are approximate and may vary by region.

The lab equipment is to be used by the Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) ATP partner solely for support, training, customer proof of concept, and other similar internal activities. Partners may purchase or lease this equipment direct from Cisco at the partner's discount listed in the Reseller Agreement with Cisco, or at other pricing when offered. The Cisco ISE ATP program has the following minimum lab requirements:

• You can substitute the Cisco UCS C200 M2 Server (SKU R200-1120402W) with another server that meets the hardware configuration to run standalone administrative, monitoring, and policy service of ISE-VM-K9 (VMWARE) platform. The hardware configuration for ISE-VM-K9 (VMWARE) platform is listed in the latest Cisco Identity Services Engine Release Note at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps11640/prod_release_notes_list.html
• You also can substitute the UCS C200 M2 Server (SKU R200-1120402W) with an ISE appliance (ISE 3315 etc.). To effectively demonstrate the ISE solution, you will need to provide a server to run supported services such as DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory.
• You can substitute a Cisco 2000 Series Switch (SKU: WS-C2960-24LT-L) with another switch. The substituted switch must run a Cisco IOS Software version that is listed in the high-level design document section "Customer Network Overview, Physical Network Topology, Topology Specifics."

Note 2: You can purchase a Cisco ISE Not-for-Resale (NFR) partner bundle, which has a Cisco ISE VMware image with a perpetual license for basic and advanced services for 20 endpoint devices. This software bundle is for customer demonstration purposes only and is not intended to be used in production environments or for proof of concept or resale.
