General Overview:

In general, this program may not be combined with any other programs or promotions but check with your Cisco representative for specific exceptions.

The net credit amount is to be applied against the adjusted list purchase amount after applying the customer's standard discount.
Final Price = [(List Price)*(1-Cust Disc)] - Trade-in Credit

This offer cannot and will not be retroactively applied to purchase orders previously submitted and accepted by Cisco.

The purchase order for the trade-to products must reflect all the Cisco products on the Credit Authorization Form.

Confirm the Expiration Date on the TMP Credit Authorization Form is still valid at date of purchase order placement.

Ensure Partner/Reseller/End User details are complete and correct.

The partner's or customer's signature may be required at any time on any forms used in connection with this program.

Items traded in must be returned to a Cisco designated location within 60 days after shipment of the replacement configuration. Failure to return equipment will result in an invoice for the credit amount. Partners, where applicable, are responsible for returning the equipment.

Partners must certify that the equipment being returned to Cisco for a trade-in credit is owned solely by the end customer and is not leased from or owned partially or fully by any other party (see Sections F and G in Terms and Conditions for complete details and guidelines on Managed Services).

Cisco reserves the right to add, modify, change, improve, or discontinue this program and associated products without notice. All products are subject to availability and all prices are subject to change without notice.

Direct Orders:

Contact your Cisco CAM or AM to obtain a quote for the trade-in credit amount.

When creating an order in the ordering tool, select "Trade-In/Promotional Order" in the "Order Type" field.

All other aspects of placing the order remain the same with one exception: At the "Header Details" tab, you will be prompted to enter trade-in information. In the "Type of Program" field, select "Cisco Technology Migration Plan," then enter the TMP quote number in the field directly below (TMP Quote Number/Promotional Program Name).

Input the order at the standard contractual discount (or other approved discount with valid Deal ID) separate from the trade-in credit. Trade-In credit should not be applied as part of the discount. The total Trade-In credit will be applied to line items by Cisco Customer Service.

Select the tab below entitled "Return Information," and enter the products you are returning to Cisco.

After the new products have been delivered, the trade-in products must be returned to Cisco. If the products are not returned, an invoice for the credit amount will be created.

Ordering from a Distributor in the United States, Americas International, and EMEA:

Contact your Cisco CAM or AM to obtain a quote for the trade-in credit amount.

Submit the signed TMP Credit Authorization Form to request a price deviation from your CAM or inside channel account manager (ICAM) for the trade-in credit.

Upon approval of the price deviation, you will be notified via e-mail with the approval number to place the order with distribution so that the TMP credit is applied to the order.

The distributor is notified and authorized to pass along the TMP credit to you. The credit must be applied up front there are no backend rebates. Reference your price deviation approval number when placing your order with distribution.

Ordering from a Distributor in All Other Theatres:

Contact your CAM or selected distributor for theatre-specific instructions. Always submit your TMP Credit Authorization Form to the distributor when placing the order.
