Dear colleague,
We wrote to you last November to tell you about the next generation of CCNA curricula. I would now like to share some updates with you.
You may remember that we are developing two new curricula, which we believe will enable Academies and instructors to tailor the CCNA course to students with different skill levels and experience.
To differentiate the curricula, we had been using the terms CCNA-A and CCNA-B.
I am pleased to announce that official names for these new curricula have been chosen.
CCNA-B is now CCNA Discovery
CCNA-A is now CCNA Exploration
CCNA Discovery is designed for students with entry-level skills who are considering a career in ICT.
CCNA Exploration is aimed at students with advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
Both CCNA Discovery and CCNA Exploration will lead to the same CCNA certification. The documents attached to this announcement will provide a deeper understanding of how these courses differ from each other and what each one entails.
