Cisco and Cisco Learning Institute have created PLAN-IT toolkits for all audiences, particularly Academy instructors, students, Gender Initiative participants, and LDC Initiative participants. They support student and Academy success throughout the developing world. Why Gender?In response to the gender gap in IT, Cisco and the Cisco Learning Institute encourage Academies establish gender policies and activities to reach out to girls and women. The PLAN-IT Gender Initiative Toolkit was helps promote the participation of females in IT skills training and career paths.
