Attract appropriate candidates

The candidates you interview will be selected based on the hiring criteria and job description you supply. Help ensure a productive event for your business by responding to our e-mail request for hiring criteria or actual job descriptions. Please contact us immediately at networkevents@external.cisco.com if you have not yet received this e-mail message.

Introduce your company

Teach candidates about you and your business by delivering a five- to seven-minute overview of your company the morning of the event. Laptop projection equipment will be available as needed.

Prepare for interviews

You will be interviewing a variety of candidates, some of whom will be more experienced at interviewing than others. Please be prepared to help draw information out of the candidates who are less experienced.
