The first Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise exam, Unified Contact Center Enterprise Design Exam #642-241, is now available. Successfully completing this exam demonstrates in-depth knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise.
This new exam is based on Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise 7.1(4) and includes Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal 4.0 and Cisco Unified IP IVR (4.x). It covers a number of topics and focuses on the solution as a whole and the integration of its components.
