Network professionals pursuing CCVP certification will have training available April 18, 2007 to help them prepare for the new Troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Systems (TUC) exam.
The new Troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Systems (TUC) curriculum and exam incorporates system level triage and troubleshooting methodology, resources and tools, providing a foundation for students to obtain the knowledge and advanced voice skills needed to troubleshoot Unified Communications Systems and Solutions in Enterprise, Mid-Market and Commercial deployments. The new Troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Systems exam is one of five exams required to achieve the CCVP certification.
