Learning Partner Management System (LPMS) - Learning partners use this tool to manage their site information, schedule course offerings on the Global Locator, create Derivative Works and maintain their staffing/personnel: tools.cisco.com/E-Learning-IT/LPCM/jsp/LpcmWelcome.jsp

Metrics that Matter (MTM) - All standard Cisco and Derivative Work courses require student evaluations via Metrics that Matter. Partners record instructor ratings and customer satisfaction (which includes feedback on the course and training facility) from student evaluations in Metrics that Matter (MTM): www.metricsthatmatter.com/mtm/

Partner Self Service (PSS) - Cisco Partner Self Service tools ease data and access management for Cisco partners. This functionality allows you to associate yourself with a Cisco partner and obtain Partner level access so that you can manage profile information.
