Hands-on mentored lab sessions are available this year to enhance select Technology Breakout Sessions (Broadband and Storage), Cisco Career Certification Sessions (CCNA, CCNP, CCIP, and CCVP), and the CCIE Techtorials (Routing and Switching, Security, and Voice). Lab sessions are designed to be self-paced with mentors available to answer your questions. In the CCIE Mentor lab session, each student will have their own pod of equipment to work on and exercises designed by the CCIE team. Each CCIE Mentor Lab (Routing and Switching, Security, and Voice) is a four-hour lab, and preferred registration is available for those who have registered for the corresponding CCIE Techtorial. View the online Session Catalog for a full list of Lab Sessions. Registered attendees can sign up for sessions through the MyScheduler tool.
Seven certification labs are available for CCNA, CCNP, CCIP, and CCVP. The CCNA lab is a four-hour mentored lab while the other certification labs are two-hour mentored labs. Students work in groups of two on labs selected to reinforce concepts presented in the Cisco Career Certification Sessions. Preferred registration for the certification labs is available for those who have registered for the corresponding Certification Breakout Session.
Five labs are available for Storage Area Networks (SAN). The SAN labs are two-hour mentored labs. Students work in groups of two on labs designed to reinforce concepts presented in selected SAN Technology Breakout Sessions. Preferred registration for the SAN labs is available for those who have registered for any of the corresponding SAN Technology Breakout Sessions.
The four broadband labs are four-hour combined lecture/lab sessions. After the lecture, students work on lab exercises illustrating the concepts and techniques presented in the lecture. Registration for AGG-2020, AGG-2021, and AGG-2023 is open to everyone. Preferred registration for AGG-2022 is available for those who have registered for either AGG-2020 or AGG-2021.
