John Chambers, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Cisco
John Chambers is Chairman and CEO of Cisco. He has helped grow the company from $70 million when he joined Cisco in January 1991, to $1.2 billion when he assumed the role of CEO, to record revenues of $46 billion in FY12. In 2006, Chambers was named Chairman of the Board, in addition to his CEO role. Chambers has received numerous awards for his leadership over his past 17 years at the helm of Cisco, including the 2012 Bower Award for Business Leadership from the Franklin Institute, Time Magazine's "100 Most Influential People," one of Barron's' "World's Best CEOs," the "Best Boss in America" by 20/20, one of BusinessWeek's "Top 25 Executives Worldwide," "CEO of the Year" by Chief Executive Magazine, the Business Council's "Award for Corporate Leadership," and "Best Investor Relations by a CEO" from Investor Relations Magazine three times. Peter Diamandis, Chairman and CEO, X PRIZE Foundation

Peter Diamandis is a key figure in the spaceflight industry and co-founder of the Singularity University. His X PRIZE Foundation creates "radical breakthroughs for the benefit of humanity" through awards of $10 million; one of these, the Ansari X Prize, resulted in the first private-sector manned spaceflight. He spurs innovation in technology through intelligent risk-taking, maverick thinking, and environments where failure is allowed and celebrated. His presentations show how organizations can incentivize breakthroughs for new products and strategies and reinvent their industries. Diamandis holds a graduate degree in aerospace engineering from MIT and an MD from Harvard Medical School.
Carlos Dominguez, Senior Vice President, Cisco
Carlos Dominguez is a Senior Vice President at Cisco Systems and a technology evangelist, speaking to and motivating audiences worldwide about how technology is changing how we communicate, collaborate, and especially how we work. Carlos gives humorous, highly-animated presentations full of deep insight into how technology, and the right culture, can create winning companies. Drawing from his 20 years at Cisco, he talks about how technology is changing the rules of business and how to not get left behind. Carlos addresses many questions about collaboration including what motivates people to collaborate, how to establish rewards for collaborating, how to find the right experts both inside and outside your company, and how to keep people coming together – online and in person.
Dave Evans, Chief Futurist, Senior Director & Chief Technologist, Internet Business Solutions Group, Cisco
In his roles as chief futurist for Cisco, and senior director and chief technologist of the Cisco Internet Business Solutions Group (IBSG) Innovations Practice, Dave Evans is equal parts blue-sky prognosticator and hands-on builder and tester. On any given day, he might be pondering the social implications of people living to be 200 ("Your 401[k] would surely run out," he muses) or demonstrating a drag-and-drop car dashboard that could be in dealer showrooms in just a few model years.
A.G. Lafley, Former Chairman, CEO, and President of Procter & Gamble (P&G)
A.G. Lafley is Procter & Gamble's former chairman of the board, CEO, and president, serving from 2000 to 2010. There he led the firm in a turnaround during which sales doubled, profits quadrupled, its market value increased by more than $100 billion, and its portfolio of billion-dollar brands grew from 10 to 24. Lafley currently is a special advisor at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice; a director at General Electric and Legendary Pictures; and a chairman at Hamilton College. His lectures are focused on helping audiences understand the challenge of achieving sustainable growth. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Robert Lloyd, President, Development and Sales, Cisco
As President, Development and Sales, Robert Lloyd is responsible for Cisco's development and sales efforts, as the company creates tighter connections between customer requirements and innovation, along with ensuring greater speed-to-market. Lloyd's organization manages the alignment and acceleration of Cisco's technology innovation to enable a faster response to market transitions, increased customer relevance, and growth. Lloyd is also a member of the Cisco Executive Committee, which sets strategic direction for each of Cisco's market segments.
Edzard Overbeek, Senior Vice President, Cisco Services
Edzard Overbeek is Senior Vice President for Cisco Services. He manages the Cisco services business portfolio, which delivers unique and strategic consulting, platform, advanced and technical services solutions to customers and partners worldwide. There is no registration fee to attend C-Scape at Cisco Live 2013. All meals during the scheduled agenda are compliments of Cisco. Cisco has reserved a block of rooms at The Peabody Orlando Hotel. Cisco will pay for 2 nights* of hotel accommodations for invited domestic analysts and 3 nights* for international analysts. Hotel reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited and Cisco only covers room rate and tax. All other incidentals are the responsibility of the attendee. *Note: On an exception basis, an additional night may be approved by the event team based on geographic location. |

C-Scape at Cisco Live 2013 is complimentary for qualified attendees and includes access to Cisco Live keynotes, super sessions and exhibit hall, but does not include access to the technical sessions. C-Scape at Cisco Live 2013 attendees will be escorted to VIP seating for all planned Cisco Live keynote sessions. |

Yes, please wear your event badge to all group functions and meetings so that you can be readily identified as an attendee of C-Scape at Cisco Live 2013. You will not be admitted to the sessions or activities without this identification. Every possible precaution is being taken to help ensure a safe and secure working environment at the event. For that reason, we will be asking for photo identification at registration before releasing an event badge, and you will need to wear your badge during the entire event. |
