May 28, 2004	Advisory Notice: THE SURVEY SEND FUNCTIONALITY IS EXPERIENCING TECHNICAL ISSUES. WHEN A PARTNER USER ENTERS A CONTACT OR RESENDS A SURVEY, THE SURVEY ENGINE IS PREVENTING THE SURVEY FROM BEING SENT TO THE CONTACT. NO ESTIMATED RESOLUTION TIME HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED, HOWEVER, WE EXPECT RESOLUTION BY JUNE 2nd.
August 4, 2003	Advisory: The Back button on the browser should not be used for navigation. Please use the navigation links within PAL.
August 4, 2003	Advisory: The Support Metrics application will now launch in a new browser.
August 4, 2003	Issue: Browser issues exist for Netscape 4.7, to avoid these issues please upgrade to a newer version of Netscape Communicator
August 4, 2003	Issue: Survey status screen refreshes to the top of the page. This is a known issue we are working to resolve shortly.
