CIAG understands the need for a workforce with expert-level knowledge and skills in information assurance. Universities provide an important vehicle for developing future information assurance leaders in industry, academia, and government. One way to accomplish this is to offer internships to students studying InfoSec/information assurance.
Identifying Talent
CIAG is developing a program to work with Cisco hiring managers and university relations to locate and place quality student interns. Through this program, CIAG will be informed of current internship openings within Cisco and work with universities to identify students for appropriate internships. All internships will be posted on the Cisco Systems Students and Grads page.
Because of changing intern headcount requirements, we cannot guarantee the number of student internship placements in any given year.
