The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Shanghai along the famous Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, adjacent to the People’s Square Metro interchange. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from The Bund. Hotel Amenities All rooms and suites include a 42-inch plasma television with international satellite channels, DVD/CD player, broadband Internet, sizeable work desk and ergonomic chair, and a couch. Glass walls separate the bedroom from the bathroom, which features a rain shower, deep bath tub, and a centrally located floating wash basin. Regular rooms average 38 square meters. June 18, 2010 - Guided visit to the World Expo A guided tour for delegates will be provided to the World Expo site. Lunch will be provided for all during the tour. The itinerary will include a tour of leading urban innovation pavilions from Cisco (including executive reception showcase), SAIC/GM (including Connected Vehicle theatre show), The Expo Future Pavilion and to global city pavilions in the Urban Best Practices Area. All delegates will be provided with a 3-day Expo pass to return to visit additional sites at World Expo the days following the Partnership for Urban Innovation: Global Conference 2010.
