<description>On July 29, Cisco will host a Speaker Series event on the most recent update to its Visual Networking Index (VNI). Visual Networking is the combination of video and social networking/collaboration (Web 2.0) technologies. The Cisco VNI is an initiative to track and forecast the suite of visual networking applications. The VNI studies IP traffic trends and the primary factors fueling the continued rapid growth in IP traffic through 2012. Cisco executives will be on hand to present key findings, explain the methodology, and address questions and comments from attendees.
