  (Business Affiliations)
• Educational Seminars, Classes, Meetings, Conferences, Symposiums Expenses
  (Individual)
• Legal Services Expenses
• Rental or Lease Expenses of land or buildings
• Postage, Freight, Shipping and Warehousing Charges
• Temporary Employees Expenses
  (Excluding Japan, Europe and Emerging where Purchase Orders are REQUIRED)
• Utilities Expenses
  (Electric, Gas, Telecommunications, etc.)
• Moving/Relocation Expenses
  (Excluding Italy where a Purchase Order is REQUIRED)
• Banking, Insurance, Investments, Securities and Tax Expenses
• HR Benefits Expenses
  (Fringe, Medical, Leased Vehicles - For Fringe and Medical - Excludes US and Canada where Purchase Orders are REQUIRED)
