iCON is committed to providing new career development opportunities for employees. To reach this goal, the group offers its Chai Series and the support of mentoring and apprenticeships. These efforts help employees gain the skills, knowledge, and understanding that they need to achieve their career aspirations and make an impact within the Cisco community.

With the wealth of opportunity represented by the emerging Indian market, Bangalore, India, houses the Globalization Center East campus. This campus showcases the latest Cisco technology solutions and provides an environment for closer collaboration with partners by highlighting solutions for customers in emerging markets.
This “campus-as-a-city” uses the network as the platform to deliver services. It contains the largest campus data center outside the United States. In addition, the campus provides a focal point for demonstrating next-generation virtualization technologies and service-oriented network architectures.
