What Makes Cisco Connected Women Most Proud

We are most proud of the leadership development that we see in our members when they take on roles outside their comfort zones. Often, these efforts result in promotion opportunities or added portfolio responsibilities in members' day jobs at Cisco.

Connected Women Believes in ERGs

By engaging and participating in Cisco ERGs, you get opportunities to learn and grow in your current career. ERGs offer insight into areas of the business that you may not normally be able to access.
