Rami Mazid brings more than 20 years experience in managing and implementing global IT solutions.
Rami currently serves as Vice President, Information Technology, Client Services at Cisco. In this role, he is responsible for developing, driving, and executing Any Device, defining and measuring the client experiences, drive IT Operational Excellence strategy to improve business efficiencies and productivity. In addition, Rami is responsible for managing the deployment and implementation services, Client Collaborative Services as well as infrastructure and technology, for all Cisco locations.
Rami's prior Cisco experience includes his tenure as the senior director of Emerging Technology IT where he was responsible for driving Cisco on Cisco strategy, business value, global best practices, communications, deployment and adoption of TelePresence at Cisco.
Rami also served as director of Advanced Services IT at Cisco and was responsible for business process re-engineering and optimization. His responsibilities in this role included management of the global Cisco Knowledge Management System, Assessment to Quality, Global Resource Management and Project Accounting.
Prior to joining Cisco in 1999, Rami held leadership positions at Deloitte & Touche LLP and Read-Rite Corporation, where he had global management responsibilities in the areas of Applications Development, LAN/WAN, Telecom, Operations, Desktop Support & Training.
Rami holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and serves on the Cisco Borderless Network and Workforce of the Future boards.
