Patrick S. Finn manages Cisco's growth and integrated business plan for the US Federal Government, including the Department of Defense, civilian agencies, system integrators, and the intelligence community. The Cisco Federal vision is to partner with customers and other companies to enable the government to successfully complete its mission to protect, defend, and serve the nation. Cisco employs more than 1,000 people dedicated to realizing this vision.

Working closely with Cisco's Global Government Solutions Group, Worldwide Government Affairs, Internet Business Solutions Group, and various Business Units, Finn drives the development and deployment of technology solutions that empower and protect our war fighters, improve services for our citizens, secure information to keep Americans safe, and provide healthcare services. With more than 25 y ears of technology and business experience, Finn, who is responsible for $2 5 B in annual revenue, is a strong advocate for the Federal Government applying information technology to increase collaboration, innovation, and overall productivity.

A 14-year veteran of Cisco, Finn has also served as Vice President of Vertical Markets for U.S. and Canada, where he drove a cross-functional growth strategy for state and local government, education, healthcare, retail, sports & entertainment, and real estate. In addition, he was Vice President of the New York Metro Area, where he was responsible for all global and national sales, support, and engineering for Cisco customers head quartered in New York City and Long Island, including many of the world's leading financial services companies.

Finn is a board member of the Cisco Foundation, which provides guidance to Cisco's philanthropic investments. He also serves on the board of the Inwood House, a non-profit organization that seeks to improve the lives of inner city children through education and positive work-experience. Previously he served as a board member on the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME), an organization committed to graduating engineers who resemble the diversity of the U.S.

Prior to joining Cisco, Finn was responsible for Pepsi Cola International's worldwide infrastructure, consulting, and network applications. He also held various sales leadership positions at IBM Corporation. Finn hold s a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from Pace University and a Master of Science degree from Polytechnic University. He and his wife, Maureen, enjoy raising their 8-y ear-old daughter Melanie.
