Support for Nonprofits

Introduction

At Cisco, we believe in the power of collaboration, so many of our CSR activities are achieved through partnerships with nonprofit organizations and NGOs.

We have developed several resources to enhance the capabilities of our nonprofit partners, in the form of employee contributions of time and expertise, product grants, and cash grants.

Cisco Impact Cash Grant Program
We invest in community organizations that align with our investment areas of critical human needs, access to education, and economic empowerment. Cash grants for qualifying organizations are awarded at global, regional, and local levels. We also periodically provide grants to support disaster response and relief.

Product Grant Program
We donate Cisco products to help qualifying community organizations achieve significant gains in productivity, scalability, and cost efficiency through the strategic use of the Internet and related networking technologies.

Leadership Fellows Program
Our Leadership Fellows Program places top-performing employees in community organizations, where they use Cisco technology, cash grants, and their business acumen to help improve the scale and efficiency of various program offerings.

Community Partners
Cisco supports the efforts of community organizations by investing a strategic mix of business expertise, employee engagement, product donations, and cash contributions to help build and strengthen programs that aim to empower underserved communities.

Cisco Foundation
The Cisco Foundation awards strategic grants in support of programs that deliver lasting, measurable impact on a local, national, or global scale.

Volunteerism
We encourage employees to donate at least one day of service each year to a community organization. We also provide several tools and resources to help nonprofits recruit volunteers and connect employees with volunteer opportunities that match their interests and abilities.
