Leadership Fellows Program

Introduction

Cisco's Leadership Fellows Program gives high-potential/high-performing employees the opportunity to share their skills with nonprofit organizations worldwide while earning valuable leadership experience.

Developing Leaders in the Community

Insuring that Cisco's leaders have a clear understanding of the community is an important part of their development process. This program aims to integrate an awareness of community issues into Cisco's existing Leadership Development Programs to provide multiple opportunities for our current and future leaders to learn about, engage in, and have an impact on the global community in which we live.

Technology & Productivity in the Nonprofit Sector

As Leadership Fellows, Cisco's senior managers, directors and VPs take on strategic projects critical to our nonprofit partners' sustainability and long-term success. Leadership Fellows leverage their experience and resourcefulness to create solutions that do more than just improve the competitive advantage of a particular nonprofit. By demonstrating the value of technology adoption and business innovation, they also help to increase the productivity of the broader nonprofit sector.
