What is your favorite thing about working at Cisco?

My favorite thing about working at Cisco would definitely have to be the people. Every day I am surrounded by the best people the industry has to offer: the best leaders and mentors, and most amazing team players. And everyone here seems to have a really positive attitude, which I feel helps form Cisco's amazing culture. The people are definitely the motivating factor for why I am happy about getting up and coming to work every day.

How have you grown since joining Cisco?

I have grown more professionally in one summer at Cisco than I have in my entire college career. You can sit in a classroom and learn all day, but until you can actually apply what you have learned, it really doesn't mean anything. Cisco not only gives me the opportunity to apply what I have learned in school, but it has also taught me more than I ever would have imagined.

What keeps you excited about working at Cisco?

I love that there is always something new going on here at Cisco. The company is always evolving and changing, and I love that we get to be a part of that change instead of sitting back and just watching it happen. With every change, I can see the growth in myself and the people around me as we move into bigger and better things.

What have been your most enjoyable experiences?

My most enjoyable experiences at Cisco are working on projects that benefit the entire company. I love to see the materialization of a new program or results from the reconstruction of an old program, and know that I helped to make it happen.
