Kiesha, an intern in human resources, says that the people are the best part of working at Cisco. She enjoys being part of a company that is always evolving and changing, and she is excited to be a part of those changes.
Christian, an IT analyst in our Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, facility, works on a global team with some members as far away as Bangalore. He enjoys the flexible work environment that Cisco offers and the ability to telecommute if necessary.
Anson enjoys the challenges that come as an IT analyst at Cisco. He recently accepted a full-time offer after interning in our IT organization last year and is looking forward to a rewarding career.
Aulihan, a hardware engineer in the circuit design group in the midrange routing business unit, joined Cisco as part of the Cisco Development Organizations Choice program. She enjoys working for an innovative technology company with a dynamic atmosphere. Aulihan is excited to be part of the New Hire Network, which is an organization dedicated to facilitating leadership and professional relationships, and mentoring new hires.
Allisen Russi, Customer Service and Support Organization
Alli is an intern for the Customer Service and Support Organization. Alli particularly liked the personal attention and support she received throughout her internship. The constant change and learn-by-doing atmosphere meant there was never a dull moment in her day.
Billy, a Finance Intern in Corporate Development, feels as though his internship at Cisco provided him with the opportunity to develop his technology industry and finance knowledge with a well respected technology company. He also enjoyed being a part of the Cisco acquisition process.
Jennifer, an intern in Corporate Communications, enjoys the fast paced environment at Cisco, and the fact that she is thrown into the mix for all sorts of projects. She also has found that everyone is friendly and helpful, something that she especially appreciates as an intern. Based on her intern experience, Jennifer believes that Cisco is, “a wonderful place to meet peers who are looking to forge similar paths to me in the professional world”.
Scott, a Legal Intern with Media and Entertainment, enjoys the ongoing challenges that are presented to him and also the exposure to many new and different projects. He also has found that the flexibility with his work schedule and location have been accommodating. Scott says that his favorite part of interning at Cisco is that his contributions are significant and valued, which is very rewarding.
Mike, a Legal Intern in Intellectual Property, finds that Cisco provides a wonderful corporate culture and fantastic business outlook. His experience as an intern here has provided him with the resources to learn and grow as well as the freedom and support to complete his projects.
Jen enjoys the “hands on” aspect of her internship with Corporate Communications, particularly learning the ins and outs of video production. She was able to have fun at work, while still facing many new challenges and learning lessons.
