Consultative Sales Program


Associate Sales Representatives

The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) graduate role is the start of a career path to a fully qualified Cisco Account Manager position. This is one of the lead client-facing roles within the Cisco sales teams, working with the Systems Engineering community to bring Cisco technology to our clients. ASRs primarily drive the client relationships, and bring the specialist technical knowledge of the engineering community to our customers. ASRs have a pivotal role in qualifying customer requirements, and developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with our valued customers. We are not currently hiring for this position, please check back in April 2010.

Associate Systems Engineer

The Associate System Engineer (ASE) graduate role is the start of a career path leading to a fully-qualified Cisco System Engineer position. This is a lead client-facing role within the Cisco sales team, working with the Account Management community in order to qualify the needs of our clients, develop solutions and manage relationships. ASEs are the technical specialists of our sales community. They work with our customers to ensure their technical needs are fully understood and met – if not exceeded – by our solutions. As an ASE you will have an opportunity to work with many leading Cisco technologies, as well as interact with our valued customers. In this way, you will become a trusted advisor, adding a business and client relationship context to your role. We are not currently hiring for this position, please check back in April 2010.

Customer Support Engineer (Belgium)

Customer support engineers are part of the Cisco Technical Assistance Center, which escalates and helps resolve technical issues. As a customer support engineer, your main responsibility will be to provide remotely the highest level of escalation support to partners and customers for Cisco technologies. In this fast-paced, high-impact environment, you will directly contribute to the customer success in deploying and using the latest networking technologies.

Graduate Software Engineer (Israel)

As a graduate software engineer, you will work on all aspects of networking technology, from the physical layer to the application layer. Depending on your role, you will program using C, C++, Java, script languages (Total Command Language and UNIX shell), and the web (HTML and XML). You will support programming network features, device driver development, and new architecture of network equipment systems ranging from switches and routers to web services and voice-enabled network applications.

Software Test and Quality Assurance Engineer (Ireland)

As a graduate software engineer, you will help analyze product feature requirements and help define solutions. You will assist in developing and prototyping solution architecture. You will also code software and develop it in languages such as C, C++, Java, C#, and others, for real-time and non-real-time applications targeted at Microsoft Windows, Linux, and UNIX operating system environments.

Graduate Software Engineer (Ireland)

As a graduate Software Engineer you will contribute to Product Feature Requirements Analysis and Solution Definition. You will assist in solution architecture development and prototyping. Tasks include Software Development and Coding including development in C/C++, Java, C# and other languages for real-time and non-real-time applications targeted at Microsoft Windows, Linux and Unix operating system environments.

IT Engineer (United Kingdom and Ireland)

As an IT engineer, you will create or contribute to software design by identifying technology solution options and by designing, developing, and maintaining complete solutions. You will integrate these solutions into the existing operational environment, produce high-quality documentation, and provide technical input to requirements.
