Summary of Role

We’re looking for a well-rounded team player to join our team in a challenging, enthusiastic and innovative atmosphere to create the next generation of software delivered over the Internet. This position typically reports to an IT Manager and takes day-to-day leadership and tasks from a Project Manager. The IT Analyst collaborates with cross-functional and virtual teams and business partners.

Primary Responsibilities

IT Analysts are the liaison between business clients and IT. In this role, you will develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, processes, operations and challenges. Through data analysis, you will translate business requirements into IT impacts and project components that result in high quality solutions.

Ideal candidates will have the ability to :

  • Analyze and identify opportunities, craft solutions, and improve technical capabilities
  • Think "out of the box" offering creative solutions
  • Partner with IT team members to create next generation IT systems and processes
  • Analyze technical / project data and develop solutions to reach success
  • Execute project components to achieve business objectives
  • Present and demonstrate analytical findings to internal audiences including management
  • Continuously learn new terms, tools, technologies, and strategies

Professional Competencies

  • Time management and productivity skills (example: task prioritization)
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Project management basics
  • Consulting and partnering is a plus
  • Experience working in a dynamic corporate environment is a plus

Technical Experience required

  • Data analysis and analytical thinking

Education Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer or technology related fields
