Customer Support Engineer Internship
The customer support engineer intern position is part of the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC), which is the focal point for resolving customer technical issues. The Cisco TAC has more than 1000 skilled engineers, of which more than 450 are CCIE certified. Cisco TAC engineers work on complex networking problems requiring strong analytical, problem-solving, engineering, and communication skills. In this fast-paced, high-impact environment, you will directly contribute to the customer success in deploying and using the latest networking technologies.
As a customer support engineer intern, your main responsibility will be to provide Cisco product technical support to customers and partners by telephone or email. You will be based in the Cisco TAC in Sydney (Chatswood), and will work with Cisco customers, partners, and other team members as part of your regular day.
This program will help you become the Cisco expert that customers demand.
