Getting Started - User Instructions

1. What should I know about my company logo?

To co-brand materials you'll need to submit your company logo. Allow five working days for this to be uploaded before you can start using Campaign Builder to produce professional marketing materials.

Submitting your logo:
Log onto e-Solution's Log onto elateral's Submit Logo tool. You'll find an easy step-by-step process for submitting your logo in eps file format.

Logo file format information:
The logo file format requirements are for a vector-based eps file of your logo, which is a high-resolution (300 dpi) file. The four-color printing process requires a high-resolution eps file to ensure quality of your logo on the printed documents. Although a low-res version (as in gif, tiff, jpeg or bitmap file) may look adequate on screen, it's not high enough resolution for printing. Gif, tiff, jpeg, copying from the web, or other file formats are not adequate.

If logo is unavailable:
If a vector-based eps file of your logo is unavailable, you can submit a gif, tiff or bitmap file to e-Solution's Submit Logo tool and a high-resolution version will be created for you. Go through the logo upload process on the Web site, submit the low-res version and you will be contacted about having the high-resolution version created. The cost is US$190.00 and you will be billed directly by the Campaign Builder vendor.

If you have questions or need help e-mail partnerlogos@external.cisco.com.

2. How do I create a vector-based eps file?

Graphics applications such as Adobe Illustrator or Macromedia Freehand will allow you to create a vector-based eps file. The file must not contain any bitmapped images. Please do not convert a jpeg or bmp to eps. You must create and save the graphic as an eps file. Vector graphics are resolution independent. They can be scaled up or down in size without losing resolution.

Once you've created an eps file of your logo submit it via Elateral's Submit Logo tool. E-mail partnerlogos@external.cisco.com with any partner logo related questions.

3. How do I setup the preferred Company Name?

Set up your company name as you would like it to appear in your marketing collateral. On your first visit to Campaign Builder, click on the Your Account tab, then on Profile. Add your company name in the Preferred Company Name box (up to 35 characters). While in Profile, fill in any contact details that are missing or need to be changed.
