Brocade enters Cisco's home turf with $3bn deal

San Francisco: Brocade Communications Systems Inc is plunking down $3 billion for Foundry Networks inc, melding tow companies with presence deep in the data centre and posing a direct challenge to industry behemoth Cisco System Inc.
