Ob širitvi našega tima vabimo kandidata za pozicijo Inside Sales Account Manager za področje Slovenije - s sedežem v Ljubljani ali Zagrebu. To delovno mesto je odlična priložnost za nekoga, ki si želi mednarodno kariero na področju prodaje.

Podatki o delu:
Inside Sales Account Manager bo skrbel za razvoj poslovanja in bo odgovoren za celoten prodajni ciklus. Skupaj z lokalnim timom, partnerji ter distributerji bo gradil priložnosti in sklepal posle. Delo bo opravljal preko telefona, skrbel za končne stranke in razvijal poslovne priložnosti. Delovno mesto je idealno za kandidata, ki ga delo na področju prodaje veseli, je usmerjen k doseganju ciljev in verjame v nagrajevanje v primeru preseženih prodajnih načrtov.

Pogoji:
• delovne izkušnje na sorodnem področju, zlasti na področju prodaje s hitro rastjo
• odlične (verbalne in pisne) komunikacijske sposobnosti
• usmerjen k doseganju ciljev, dobre pogajalske sposobnosti, timsko delo/sodelovanje
• visoka motiviranost in sposobnost definiranja prioritet
• inovativen, odločen in sposoben presojati
• slovenščina kot materni jezik in aktivno znanje angleškega jezika sta zahtevana pogoja, zaželeno je tudi znanje hrvaškega jezika
• poznavanje računalniških aplikacij, Microsoft Office, ipd.
• splošno poznavanje delovanja omrežij in izkušnje na področju IT so prednost, vendar ne pogoj

For the expansion of our team we are looking for additional Inside Sales Account Managers to be based in Ljubljana (Slovenia) or Zagreb (Croatia), managing the Slovenian market.

Job profile:
The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving incremental revenue. He/she is expected to manage opportunities through the whole sales cycle from opportunity to closure, working closely with the country team and local resellers. This job is account management mainly done over the phone to maintain relationship and develop business opportunities, mixed with necessary face to face meetings when needed. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a sales position; are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals.

Candidate Profile:
• excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• works towards goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration
• motivation and time/work prioritization
• ability to demonstrate innovation
• good judgment/problem solving skills when making decisions
• languages: native Slovenian is a must, fluency in English, Croatian recommended but not required
• proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or similar applications, etc.
• basic knowledge of networking is beneficial, IT sector experience is a plus, but not required
