Following on from the successful partner dedicated recruitment fair in June this year, the Cisco Belgium Team have held another talent event.

On November 18^th the Cisco Belgium Channel Team hosted a “Talent Connection Event” which aimed to connect Cisco Channel Partners with Cisco Networking Academy students from both French and Dutch speaking academies located in Belgium.

In addition to the Networking Academy talent pool students from Belgium Universities attended plus 3 highly talented Belgium based winners from this year’s EuroSkills Competition, which provides unique opportunities to promote skilled labour and educational pathways.

All 185 students that attended the event are due to enter the employment market in 2009. Whether they were looking for full time roles or internships it was vital for Cisco and Channel Partners to tap into that talent before the competition.
