Oman Mobile Deploys Cisco's State-of-the-Art IP Communications System for Data, Voice, and Mobility

Muscat, July 02, 2005 – Oman Mobile has deployed a world class telecommunications infrastructure to develop and grow its services in the newly deregulated wireless marketplace in Oman. Oman Mobile turned to Cisco Systems to design and implement its end-to-end IP communications services network, relying on its technology leadership and expertise to rapidly provide for its current needs and planning ahead to meet future requirements.

Cisco System's solution for Omanmobile's networking infrastructure included all QoS-enabled IP converged network routers and switches, IP Telephony systems and applications, and seemless Wireless and mobility solutions.
