Welcome to the official site of the Cisco Networking Academy NetRiders 2011 Skills Competition for Latin America and the Caribbean!

All Cisco Networking Academy students are encouraged to registerbetween August 15-September 15, 2011 for a chance to win great prizes, including a trip to Cisco's worldwide headquarters in San Jose, California.

Cisco Networking Academy NetRiders is a great opportunity to showcase your IT/Networking skills and gain visibility among talent recruiters in the growing ICT and networking field.

The competition is organized by Cisco to present an opportunity for Networking Academy students to participate in a valuable learning experience with peers and friends from other countries. Last year, over 10,000 students competed in NetRiders events in over 80 countries across the globe.

The 2011 NetRiders Latin America and Caribbean skills competition is open to all Cisco Networking Academy students currently enrolled (or within 9 months of having been enrolled) in a CCNA (Discovery or Exploration) course by the competition start date. (NOTE: must also be at least 18 years of age by December 31, 2011).

The contest is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

The NetRiders competition is divided in three (3) phases, with recognition and prizes offered at the various stages, including:

NOTE:  To register for NetRiders, students must first obtain an Enrollment Key from their instructor.  Instructors can send an email to request the key from NetRiders administrators or contact their Cisco Academy Training Center (CATC).
