Arrival Flight Details

Your early arrival on 29th October in New Delhi is expected in order to have adequate time for transport to the hotel, hotel check-in, event registration, and attendance at the reception at 2:00 pm. Please join us for launch from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at Blooms (Coffee Shop).

Departure Flight Details

The meeting will end at 6.30 pm followed by Entertainment & Dinner on 30th October.

Airport Transfers

Airport transfers will be provided by us for delegates on 29th & 30th/31st October 2007. Please register for your airport transfers if required. Please look out for event signage at the airport on arrival.

Visa Requirements

Please check visa requirements with your local travel agent and if required, please submit your visa application earliest.

If you require an invitation letter from the Indian officials as a supporting document for your visa application, please complete your details on the registration form and the invitation letter will be sent to you.
