Pramodh Menon is Managing Director, Commercial Sales, for Cisco in India and SAARC. As the leader for this high growth segment, he is responsible for all businesses under Commercial segment; driven by Cisco's industry leading partner network including mid-market and SMB segments. His group is also responsible for Cisco's geo coverage expansion plans leveraging partner capabilities across various geographies.
Pramodh is also responsible for developing and executing Cisco's engagement and enablement strategy for Cisco's India Partner Community, covering over 1500 partners in the region ranging from Gold partners, Distribution and Small Business Reseller Network. In this role, he drives an industry leading team focused on creating strategies and programs to build partner capability, accelerate joint growth and strengthen partner engagement with Cisco.
Pramodh has more than 20 years of industry experience and has been with Cisco since 1998. He has led and managed high performing teams across Sales, Architectures, Channels and country Strategy.
Prior to joining Cisco, Pramodh was with Cabletron Systems and Wipro Ltd. He is an Electronics Engineering graduate with a Master's in Business Administration.
