Taking full advantage of Cisco Unified Communication Platform, Cisco and MajorLink joint-develop a secured self-serve and wireless concierge system that supports video, voice, face detection / recognition and real time co-browing capabilities for enterprises to help their customers to connect to remote agents for enquiries or remote support. These innovatitive kiosk concierge solutions may provide users with direct real-time connection to information such as directions, products and services. The kiosk may deliver tickets, maps or e-brochures to usersĄŻ wireless devices or via the ticket printer. With co-browsing, remote agents may navigate the information page simulateneoulsy with the user. Live annotation between the remote agents and users can be done with drawing tools as well during the live session and this will further enhance the communications.


Target Industry

Our kiosk solutions are targeted at retail, healthcare and entertainment industries. Interactive kiosks will provide more appealing shopping experience to customers as well as reducing in-store personnel and training. For healthcare, specific micro-payment applications include drug payment can be deployed and this will streamline the patient interactions and flow in the healthcare institutions. Cisco Unified Communication Platform

  • - Cisco IP Communicator and Cisco Unified Video Advantage for video call on the kiosk.
  • - Cisco IP Phone and Cisco Unified Video Advantage for video call agent at the call center.
  • - Cisco Unified Communication Server provides IP telephony with video call capability for the solutions.
  • - Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Server provides video call routing and skill base video call distribution from the kiosk to the
      agent, historical and real time reports, voice recording and agent desktop application integrations.


Kiosk Content Management Server

  • - Allow administrator to manage the content of the kiosks and parameter settings remotely
  • - Enable remote monitoring of kiosks' status and provide automatic notifcation via email, sms or web.
  • - Deliver scheduled or ad-hoc messages to a group of kiosks automatically
  • - Generate detailed reports of call status and notifications.
