ec-Office contains a number of application modules. These modules can help to enhance staff efficiency via the IP Phone, to reduce the communication distance between the employees and to increase the staff's productivity. For example, the broadcasting system module can assist a user quickly broadcast a message to one person or a group of people. Moreover, it also can effectively transmit information to the place that there is no space to install a desktop computer.

ec-Office is able to connect the company's surveillance devices and the switch of entrance, such as IP camera and the door access controller, so that the users can do the operation of remote monitoring and control.

In addition, ec-Office can reduce the internal operating procedures, such as room booking system provides a user to query a vacant conference room, and to proceed the room booking procedures. That feature helps to avoid the application procedures to the administration.

ec-Office also provides a graphical interface of the address book, that gives the users another option for querying the address list.

The functions mentioned on the above, can be completely operated on the IP phone's panel, and without extra peripheral hardware.
