Job description
- Responsible for the sales and development and growth of Cisco Capital’s business with Service Providers, Enterprise and Public in the Denmark.
- Provide an outstanding level of service to our customers, Cisco and end user
- Working with and participating with the Sales Management team.
Detailed responsibilities
- Develop the leasing and financing business with Cisco’s customers in Denmark, all customer segments; Service Providers, Enterprise and Public market segments.
- Particular focus on driving the growth of financing solutions for managed services and IP Telephony solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quota by working with Cisco Systems field sales directors and managers, account managers and services account managers to provide financial solutions.
- Provide creative deal structuring and sales support for strategic sales opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with GM, Ops Director, Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers in the Cisco sales organisation.
- Maintain an awareness of competitor activities.
- Training of Cisco’s field sales force.
- Meeting with customers to negotiate pricing and structuring of transactions.

- Experience in leasing-sales and financial sales to large Enterprises and Public sectors
- Self starter and self motivated
- Ability to structure complex financial transactions
- Solid commercial finance background; sound financial skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Thorough understanding of financial arithmetic, leasing contracts, leasing legislation, lease accounting, field sales and management
- Advanced understanding of the operating lease product
- Computer literate
- Time management focused
- High attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to generate creative and flexible solutions to problems and opportunities, show high levels of initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills: professionalism, team and collaboration skills
- Fluent written and spoken English .
Desired Skills
- In-depth knowledge of the telecom market
- In-depth knowledge of structuring of financial solutions other the leasing into the high-end corporate market
- Good understanding of data networking assets
- Thorough understanding of Cisco’s and it’s competitor’s products
- Management experience
Qualifications
- Relevant experience from the leasing and financing industry
- Degree in related discipline desired e.g. commerce, business administration or economics
- A commitment to ongoing professional development is essential.
Experience
- 5-10 years experience in a medium to large ticket technology equipment leasing environment via direct or vendor/captive finance company, or alternatively high-end corporate financial sales with bank or other financial market player.
- Direct customer sales and negotiation experience is essential.
