• Sales Account Manager to focus on Local Government and Education.
• To increase booking by proposing new services with Cisco products.
• To deal with troubles with SEs and SSM and take a lead to control customer expectation.
• To deal with partners and manage their expectation control.
• To meet with target set by Cisco Management and individual goals.
