Customer satisfaction is Cisco's utmost priority and firmly established in our corporate culture. Local networks are increasingly evolving into technological platforms in both the business and private sector. To keep our customers up to date on latest developments, we have created the Cisco Customer Briefing Center (CBC), an unusual platform for the presentation and active experiencing of our innovative solutions. In direct dialogue with our experts you can find out more about the latest Cisco products and experience them yourself! Within the first twelve months, the CBC had more than 3,600 visitors. The exceptionally positive feedback confirms the success of the initiative in Eschborn as the first European location outside the United States and Asia.
