Cisco Academy Training CentresEach Cisco Academy Training Centre (CATC) trains, and supports the instructors at the Regional Academy level. Each CATC is responsible for the quality of training conducted at its centre and the subsequent instructional qualities of the Regional Academy instructors, who in turn train Local Academy instructors. Along with Cisco, CATC's set the standard of quality for the entire Networking Academy. There are three CATC's in Canada (listed below). Each CATC offers instructor training for all curricula modules available to academies in Canada. The Cisco certification exams are hosted by Pearson VUE at http://www.vue.com. Cisco Certified Academy Instructor (CCAI) certification, available through the Cisco Networking Academy, denotes the instructor’s proficiency in delivering the instruction required to support the diverse needs of a Cisco Networking Academy classroom. For more details on how to become CCAI certified please contact your CATC.
