Relationship and Data Management Tools
  • Get Partner Access to Cisco.com: New contacts can get partner-level access to CCO or change their company. Approval required by Partner Admin. The default Partner Admin is both the primary contact and the certification contact, and either of them can designate an additional Partner Admin. If the Partner Admin does not approve/deny a request within 2 business days, it is escalated to the CAM.
    Partner Admin (Approver) Guide
    Partner User (Requestor) Guide
  • Partner Information Management (Partner Self Service): Suite of tools and workflow that allows employees of Cisco Partners and Authorized resellers to manage their personal information in the Cisco partner database. E.g. business phone number, email address, and mailing address.
  • Channel Partner Application (CSApp): Recruitment vehicle for VARs enabling them to apply to be an authorized VAR or upgrade to Specialized or Certified status.
User Guide (oriented for Premiers, but helpful for everyone)
  • My Company's Data at Cisco (MCDC): Enables partners to update certain aspects of their demographic and relationship data and store it to the partner database. Access is limited to the Certification Contact and the Author identified in CSApp. However, these two can assign a Partner Admin to manage the data for them. E.g. Add, Delete, Edit, or View Locations and Contacts.
  • Partner e-Support on PRC: Allows partners and CAMs to search a knowledge base of FAQs and answers. If the answer is not found, the partner can open a case. You can also check the status of a case.

Locators
  • Partner Locator: Allows users to locate Cisco Partners based on geography, Cisco qualifications and company name. There are similar tools for locating distribution partners and CAMs.
  • CAM Locator: Locator that allows partners or end customers to search on geography or partner names and will return the Channel Account Manager (CAM) associated with that partner in the Partner Database.

Non-WW Channels Career Certification Management Tools
  • Career Certification Online Support: View FAQs, Open a case to merge records, Merge CSCO#s, Research missing exams or CCNA certificates, and View status of existing cases.
  • Partner Education Connection: View learning roadmaps for Career Certifications and Specializations, take online training, and find a Cisco Learning Partner for instructor-led courses.
  • Career Certification Tracking System (CCTS): View your exam history, track your progress toward a career certification, sign the Cisco Career Certification Agreement, and update your profile. (Without a signed agreement allowing Galton to release the contact's information and exam history to Cisco, the test results will not show up in Cisco's Partner Database nor in CPApp.)
