As Chief Financial Officer for Cisco Canada, Angelo Valentini oversees all financial operations for one of Cisco's largest international subsidiaries. Prior to that she was on the executive team of Cisco’s Emerging Markets, where she studied ways for emerging technologies to generate greater equity in emerging markets, as well as driving key sales initiatives internally at Cisco.
David Clarkson, Director, Human Resources, Cisco Canada
As Director of Human Resources for Canada at Cisco, David Clarkson provides leadership and support in the areas of HR strategy and recruitment, diversity initiatives, leadership development, and coaching. He also provides support to the U.S.-Canada Theatre Planning and Operations business group. David is the executive sponsor and leader of the Corporate Citizen Board in Canada, which oversees all Canadian corporate initiatives around community, charity, workforce/workplace, and green issues.
As Vice President, Data Centre, Greg Turner is responsible for leading Cisco's data centre architecture in Canada. He is responsible for Cisco's data centre portfolio, including the Cisco Unified Computing System, and delivering incremental business value to our customers and partners. Turner works closely with the sales, partner, and service teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies, sales, business development, and marketing programs.
Kim Devooght is the Vice President, Public Sector, for Cisco Canada. In this role, he is responsible for Cisco's
business direction in Canada's public sector, which includes government, healthcare, and education.
Jean-Claude Ouellet, Vice President, Canada East Operations
As Vice President, Canada East Operations, Jean-Claude Ouellet is responsible for Cisco's sales and operations in the Atlantic provinces, the province of Quebec, and the Ottawa region. His key focus is Cisco's strategy for promoting sales and brand presence in the private and public sector across all Eastern regions.
As Chief Technology Officer for Cisco Canada, Jeff Seifert provides technical guidance and direction in key advanced and emerging technologies and go-to-market strategies. He is managing several global-reaching initiatives, including the development of Cisco's Intelligent Airport Solution, and assisting large service providers in delivering consumer and business voice solutions. As a unified communications expert, Seifert has guided many large customer migrations from traditional telephony to unified communications.
Joe Deklic, Vice President, Strategic Investment Group
As Vice President, Strategic Investments Group, Joe Deklic is responsible for leading the Strategic Investments Group in cultivating transformational business engagements at Cisco Canada. This includes establishing new types of customer relationships and solution sales, indentifying and scoping customer investment strategies for business solutions to be delivered by Cisco and its partners, and developing build, operate and transfer deals.
As Vice President, Service Provider Canada, Mark Kummer is responsible for all sales and support for Cisco's service provider business in Canada, serving telecommunications service providers, cable companies, Internet service providers, wireless providers, and utilities.
As vice president, Partner Organization for Cisco Canada, Mike Ansley leads a diverse organization with responsibilities for channel partners, distribution, and the small and medium business segment in Canada. His team works to ensure that all channel partners have the necessary programs, tools, training and support resources to create demand and preference for Cisco products.
Nitin Kawale is President of Cisco Canada, responsible for all aspects of its operations including sales, marketing, finance, distribution, and services. Cisco Canada employs more than 1200 people and is a leading operation for Cisco as well as a proving ground for many of the company’s most advanced and innovative technologies. Kawale has been an integral part of Cisco since 1995 and has served in a number of key local and international roles.
Rick Huijbregts, Vice President, Smart + Connected Communities
As Vice President, Smart + Connected Communities, Rick Huijbregts leads the development of Cisco Canada’s Smart + Connected Communities practice including Smart + Connected Real Estate. Huijbregts is responsible for accelerating the growth of this industry in Canada. In his previous role at Cisco, Huijbregts served as Vice President of Vertical Sales where he led a national team focused on developing sales practices and building solutions for industry-specific markets. Prior to this he was responsible for business development of Cisco’s real estate sector in the United States, Canada, and Emerging Markets regions. He started at Cisco in 2005 as a member of Cisco’s corporate real estate team.
Rick Otway, Vice President, Central Canada Operations
As Vice President, Central Canada Operations, Rick Otway is responsible for Cisco's operations in the province of Ontario. His role is to work with both the public and private sectors to enhance Ontario's ability to compete globally and improve citizen services.
